Bandera Farms Presentation Design

We went the extra mile on this presentation.

 

Design Objective:

  Projects are sometimes left on the drawing board for years. This project was given to us with little information other than the site being surrounded by large trees. And a snippet of an arch draft showing the playground location beside what looked to be a parking lot. We found the location on google earth, got our topology & environment figured out. Then went searching for any plans that would account for the drafting snippet. We found a proposal left online from 5 years ago with a different site layout. But it showed where the greenway was in relation to the parking lot, and was referenced in a google maps image. Overlaying all our maps, plans, and reference images we were able to recreate a functional and beautifully realistic presentation of this park and it's proposed improvements. Perfection is not our mission, communication is. So we take the extra time to make something memorable.
