Transforming a Neighborhood Park: A Multi-Level Playground Rendering Project

The site presented unique challenges, including a steep hillside that required careful planning to create functional and visually appealing scenes. The results? A vibrant 3D rendered design featuring modern play equipment, custom hardscape, and a cantilevered trellis walkway connecting five distinct levels.

360° INTERACTIVE PRESENTATIONS

A New Way to Present Projects

360° Interactive Slide Decks put the presentation inside the 3D environment. Instead of flipping through slides, viewers can explore the space, click into key features, and understand the full scope of a project on their own terms. This format is designed for:
  • Parks & Rec board presentations
  • Investor and stakeholder reviews
  • Fundraising and community buy-in
  • RFPs where clarity and engagement matter
The goal isn’t flash, it’s understanding. When people can see what they’re approving, decisions happen faster and with more confidence.

JUST THE FAQs

What do I need to start a project?

Contact us or book a call. During this first consultation, we'll will explain our workflow, discuss the necessary files for the project brief, provide a quote, and set a price and timeline. Once everything is agreed upon, we can start working on your project together.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on your project requirements. You can refer to our price list for general pricing. Payment is due upon receipt of the final files. For projects over $2,000, you can pay half at the time of the first proof and the remainder upon final delivery.

How complicated is the process?

Our project management system makes the process simple. We start by filling out a design brief via email or phone. We also offer custom Trello boards, where you can get regular updates, request revisions, approve, upload, and download files, make payments, and track project history.

Can I get several iterations? Are corrections really free?

Absolutely! We can work on multiple design iterations simultaneously, usually delivering several concept variations within the same timeframe as a single visualization. Corrections are free as long as they account for less than 60% of the project workload.

What is your turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time for landscape and architectural rendering projects is 3-5 business days. The exact time depends on factors such as the number of views, complexity, and details. For a precise timeline, please contact us with your project requirements.

I already have in-house specialists. Why do I need outsource services?

We can handle urgent projects when your in-house people are overloaded, on sick leave, or vacation. Full-time senior designers can be costly, so outsourcing can provide a flexible and efficient alternative. We excel at managing large-scale projects and delivering results quickly.
