We had an incredible time designing this sustainable Montessori garden classroom!
Originally, we were brought on board to visualize a nature playground for the school, emphasizing a fun, environmentally friendly play space made from natural materials.
Our conceptual renders truly brought their vision to life, sparking excitement among the kids, parents, and donors in the community.
Inspired by this success, the school asked us to create renders for their garden classroom, even though they only had a wishlist:
- Group activity areas for future programming
- A potting/seedling station, compost bin, and tool area
- Raised garden beds for annuals, perennials, and succulents
- Use of long-lasting sustainable materials
- Perennial plantings within an existing rocky berm
- Stairs and a slide between levels
- An instruction area with seating
- Vertical growing (trellises) to save space
We were thrilled to take on the challenge of designing and conceptualizing this space with our own artistic touch, providing visuals they could use for an upcoming fundraiser tour. We’re currently working on a series of large posters to be displayed in the proposed area during the tour. Additionally, we’ve been contracted to create a private project fundraising page, featuring images, a branded project video, and options to facilitate visual conceptualization and communication throughout the project.
Seeing how this project has activated the community around a shared vision is truly inspiring. We’re excited to be part of shaping the future of educational environments with this innovative approach!
