City Park Development With Splashpad

A new development expanded from an existing play area.

Design Objective:

This was a complicated project which required renderings for planning meetings over 4 months. Three major revisions and several options later... they added a splashpad. Goes to show how 3D visualization gives stakeholders perspective that can quickly reveal planning issues and opportunities. Working closely with the evolving vision of architects and planners delivers the best final results in my renderings, but also realization of the project goals. The integration and strategic use of 3D visualization is the gold standard in the landscape and architectural design industries.
